A significant portion of this waste consists of drilling sludge, spent drilling and process fluids, as well as wastewater.

The study was based on information regarding the practical application of drilling sludge disposal methods, as well as the results of scientific experiments published in open-access scientific and technical journals, conference proceedings, research reports, and monographs. Based on the conducted review, the main directions of drilling sludge disposal currently applied in practice with the production of useful products have been identified.

In particular, technologies for the production of construction materials and soils for the technical stage of land reclamation and conservation of disturbed lands are considered promising, technically well-developed, economically feasible, and are currently undergoing experimental and industrial testing. Technologies for the treatment and injection of drilling sludge into underground formations should also be regarded as potentially applicable and promising, as they ensure the environmental safety of exploration and production facilities both onshore and on the continental shelf.
<kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>drilling sludge</kwd><kwd>disposal methods</kwd><kwd>sludge pits</kwd><kwd>fine particulate dust</kwd><kwd>asphalt concrete</kwd><kwd>soil reclamation agent</kwd><kwd>polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons</kwd><kwd>thermal desorption and decomposition</kwd><kwd>geological formations</kwd><kwd>annular injection</kwd><kwd>encapsulation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="kk"><kwd>бұрғылау шламы</kwd><kwd>қайта өңдеу әдістері</kwd><kwd>шлам жинағыштар</kwd><kwd>тозаң сияқты майда шаң</kwd><kwd>асфальтбетон</kwd><kwd>рекультивант</kwd><kwd>полиароматикалық көмірсутектер</kwd><kwd>термиялық десорбция және деструкция</kwd><kwd>геологиялық құрылымдар</kwd><kwd>аннулярлық иньекция</kwd><kwd>капсуляция</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>буровые шламы</kwd><kwd>методы утилизации</kwd><kwd>шламонакопители</kwd><kwd>мелкодисперсная пыль</kwd><kwd>асфальтобетон</kwd><kwd>рекультивант</kwd><kwd>полиароматические углеводороды</kwd><kwd>термические десорбция и деструкция</kwd><kwd>геологические формации</kwd><kwd>аннулярная инъекция</kwd><kwd>капсуляции</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front>

<back><ref-list><ref id="B1">1.<mixed-citation>Piskunova SV, Nifontov YA.
