&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Актуальность. &lt;/strong&gt;Обеспечение производственной безопасности работников на объектах нефтегазовой отрасли является актуальной задачей, поскольку традиционные методы контроля использования средств индивидуальной защиты (СИЗ) основаны на визуальных осмотрах и подвержены влиянию человеческого фактора. Существующие системы компьютерного зрения, как правило, ограничиваются детекцией 2–6 классов СИЗ и не учитывают анатомическое соответствие защитного оборудования частям тела работника.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Цель.&lt;/strong&gt; Разработка и апробация метода цифрового мониторинга соблюдения требований по использованию СИЗ на основе нейросетевых архитектур, интегрирующего алгоритмы обнаружения объектов, оценки позы человека и анатомического матчинга элементов СИЗ в режиме реального времени.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Материалы и методы.&lt;/strong&gt; Для обучения модели создан собственный уникальный датасет из 16 352 изображений (после аугментации), содержащий 13 классов объектов, включая 6 типов СИЗ и 6 негативных классов. Для детекции объектов использована модель YOLOv8, для оценки позы человека – HRNet. Реализована двухуровневая архитектура обработки видеопотока, объединяющая трекинг объектов (BoT-SORT), пространственный и анатомический матчинг, а также квантизацию TensorRT для повышения производительности системы.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Результаты.&lt;/strong&gt; На этапе обучения модель YOLOv8 достигла значений Precision=0,98, Recall=0,97 и F1=0,94. При тестировании разработанной системы на 16 видеофайлах, полученных с месторождений достигнуты система достигнуты Precision = 96,58%, Recall = 68,48% и F1-меры 0,8014. Детекция мелких объектов (перчатки) на обрезанных изображениях позволяет повысить эффективность обнаружения объектов в 2-3 раза по сравнению с полнокадровой обработкой.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Заключение.&lt;/strong&gt; Разработанный подход, объединяющий модели YOLOv8, HRNet и алгоритм анатомического матчинга, обеспечивает эффективный цифровой мониторинг соблюдения требований по использованию СИЗ в реальных производственных условиях.
